Wichita Concrete Pros is a locally owned concrete contractor serving Wichita and all of Sedgwick County, Kansas. We tear out and replace driveways, patios, sidewalks, steps and stoops, garage and shop floors, and stamped concrete. We haul the old slab away and pour commercial flatwork. Most of what we fix comes down to one thing: a slab that was poured on a bad base.

Wichita sits on heavy expansive clay that swells wet and shrinks dry. That movement lifts and drops a slab through the seasons, and hot summers and salted winters flake the surface on top of it. We do not fight the clay. We give the slab a moisture-stable base, in four to six inches of compacted crushed stone, and pour 4,000 PSI air-entrained concrete on it.

We are licensed and insured for work in Kansas. We write every job down before we start. We tell you when a slab needs a full tear-out and repour, and when lifting or a smaller fix is the honest call. We put steps on a footing below the frost line and saw-cut control joints into every pour. You get the diagnosis before you get the price.
